When will I receive my order?

If you order Monday through Thursday before 10:00 PM, you will receive your order the next day. At checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery day, time slot, and location (home, work, or a collection point). Shipping is handled by GLS, PostNL, or Trunkrs. FlohPro is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by these parties.

Please note: Fishing rods and similar long items are excluded from same-day delivery. For these items, orders must be placed before 4:00 PM for delivery on the next business day.

How can I return my order?

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day of receipt. Please contact us first via info@FlohPro.com or the contact form on FlohPro.com. After your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item.

Make sure the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. You will receive your money back within 5 working days after receipt of the package. You can also visit our warehouse in Apeldoorn by appointment.

How do I get my invoice?

After an online order, you will automatically receive the invoice by e-mail. You can also find it in your account on FlohPro.com. For in-store purchases, you will receive a receipt, or you can indicate beforehand that you wish to receive an invoice.
