Shipping

When you place an order on www.FlohPro.com, you can choose between two options for receiving your order. You can have it delivered at a competitive rate or collect it by appointment from our warehouse in Apeldoorn.

Delivery
This is, of course, the fastest and easiest option. If you place your order before 10:00 p.m. from Monday through Thursday, you will receive it the next day. Please note that this only applies to addresses in the Netherlands.

At checkout, you can choose where and when your package should be delivered. You can select the day and time period, choose whether you want to receive the order at home or at work, or have it delivered to a nearby hardware store or supermarket for collection, for example. 
GLS, PostNL and Trunkrs handle the shipping of your order from www.FlohPro.com. FlohPro is not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by these partners. Your order will be carefully packaged. You can also choose to have your package sent by registered mail. 
If you provide an incorrect postal code and/or house number and the package needs to be sent a second time, you will also have to pay the shipping costs a second time.

Please note: fishing rods and similar items cannot be shipped with the delivery service's “next-day delivery” service for orders placed before 10:00 p.m. due to their length. These items are excluded from this service and have a latest order time of 4:00 p.m.; orders placed by then will be delivered on the next business day.

Collection
It is possible to collect your order from our warehouse in Apeldoorn.
As soon as we have received your order, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for collection from our warehouse.

Returns and exchanges

Is the item unfortunately not quite what you expected? No problem.

- 14-day cooling-off period
- Not satisfied? Money back!
- Almost all items, including discounted items, may be returned

Exchanges can be made within 14 days. You have 14 days to reconsider your purchase from the day you receive your order. From the moment you cancel, you have 14 days to return the purchase. In this case, please first contact us at info@FlohPro.com or via the contact form on www.FlohPro.com. The costs of returning the products are your responsibility. Returns will only be accepted if the products have their labels and original packaging, and are not damaged and/or used. After receiving your package, we will refund the amount you paid to your bank account within 5 business days.

By appointment, it is also possible to exchange or return an item at our warehouse in Apeldoorn. 
When returning an item, you may also use this form if you wish.
