ARK stands for "Always Ready Knife." This small knife was designed by John Shirley and Sam Owens, both Afghanistan veterans. The knife is intended as a self-defense tool. Because it is small, it is also easy to carry. The blade is made of H1 steel and is therefore rust-resistant. The sheath is also made of lightweight material (polymer), with a chain for wearing around the neck.
