The Preston Pulla Bung is made from lightweight plastic and allows anglers to tighten the elastic after removing the top kit. This provides the advantage of using lighter elastic for small carp, but tightening it when hooking a bonus fish. As a result, large carp do not need to be played on a top 5 or 6, giving more control, faster netting, and less risk of rod breakage.
