The Preston Pulla Bung is made of lightweight plastic and allows anglers to easily tighten the elastic after removing the top section. This lets you use lighter elastic for smaller carp, while still being able to tighten it when you hook a bonus fish. This means you don’t have to play large carp on a top 5 or 6 section, giving you more control, faster netting and a lower risk of breaking your pole.
