The Shimano Specialist TX Boat Intensity is a compact but extremely powerful carp rod, specially developed for fishing from a boat. At just 10 ft (3.05 m) long, this rod is perfect for use in confined spaces, while its powerful Intensity action provides enough backbone to keep even the largest carp under control.
The slim High Modulus Full Carbon blank creates a lightweight, perfectly balanced rod with a progressive action. This gives you maximum control when playing a fish right beside the boat. Diaflash technology reduces blank twist, keeping the rod stable and accurate during the fight.
The rod is equipped with Seaguide Zirconia guides and a Shimano DPS reel seat, ensuring durability and reliable performance in all conditions. The short EVA handle is specially designed for use in confined spaces and provides extra comfort and control when fishing from a boat.
The Intensity version offers extra power and is ideal when fishing with heavier rigs or when you need to control large carp directly under the rod tip.
