The Shimano STC Spinning range consists of seven models with either moderate fast or fast actions, available in lengths from 2.40 m to 2.70 m and casting weights from 10–30 g up to 50–100 g. These 4- or 5-piece rods feature a transport length of 65 cm or less and come in a strong hardcase, making them ideal for travelling anglers. Performance is on par with one-piece rods, as the seamless design makes the joints practically unnoticeable while fishing.
