Shimano Ultegra FD C5000 XG
ULTC5000XGD
The Shimano ULTEGRA FD is one of our most popular spinning reels. As part of the Coresolid reel family, known for its powerful performance, the ULTEGRA is the perfect mid-range option. This model features advanced reel technologies that deliver power, durability and smoothness.
If you’re looking for a reel with powerful yet smooth performance, the ULTEGRA is an excellent choice. Its elegant dark blue Ci4+ body with a gold ARC spool gives this reel a very premium look. It also features advanced reel technologies from the STELLA - Shimano’s flagship model.
What sets Coresolid reels apart from other reels is the construction of the body and gears. As the smaller sibling of the renowned STRADIC, you can count on this reel to be powerful enough for the most demanding situations. The use of high-quality materials increases the reel’s durability, power and overall performance, but makes it slightly heavier than a Magnumlite (finesse) reel. Ideal for power fishing techniques such as jigging, cranking and fishing with spinners.
