When you place an order on www.FlohPro.com, you can choose from two options for how you want to receive your order. You can have it delivered at a competitive rate or pick it up by appointment at the warehouse in Apeldoorn.
Delivery
Naturally, this is the quickest and easiest option. If you place your order between Monday and Thursday before 10:00 PM, you will receive your order the next day.
In the checkout, you can choose where and when your package should be delivered. You can choose the day and time slot, whether you want to receive the order at home or at your work, or if you prefer to pick up the order at a hardware store or supermarket nearby, for example.
GLS, PostNL, and Trunkrs handle the shipping of your order from www.FlohPro.com. FlohPro is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by these partners. Your order will be carefully packaged. You can choose to have your package sent by registered mail if desired.
If you provide an incorrect postcode and/or house number and the package needs to be sent a second time, you will also be charged for the second shipment.
Please note: due to their length, fishing rods and similar items cannot be sent with the delivery service for 'next-day delivery' if ordered after 10:00 PM. These are excluded from this service; for these items, the latest order time for delivery on the next business day is 4:00 PM.
Pick-up
It is possible to pick up your order at our warehouse in Apeldoorn.
As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange a time for you to pick up the order at our warehouse.
Unfortunately, the item isn't quite what you wanted? No problem.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. From the moment of cancellation, you have 14 days to return the purchase. In this case, please contact us first via info@FlohPro.com or via the contact form on www.FlohPro.com. The costs for returning the products are at your own expense. Returns will only be accepted if the products are provided with labels and original packaging, and are not damaged and/or used. You will receive the amount you paid back to your bank account within 5 working days after we receive your package.
By appointment, it is also possible to exchange or return an item at our warehouse in Apeldoorn.
