The Westin W8 Finesse T&C (Texas & Carolina) 2nd Generation is an extremely sensitive and versatile rod for fishing with finesse rigs and lightweight lures. Within the W8 series, this is one of the most versatile finesse rods for targeting perch and smaller zander.
The rod is built on an innovative Torayca® T1100GC blank that is extremely lightweight while still offering enough power to safely fight larger predatory fish. This rod combines maximum sensitivity with impressive control.
Thanks to the use of high-quality Fuji® components, weight is kept to a minimum, resulting in a perfectly balanced rod that lets you fish longer and more efficiently. Ideal for techniques such as Texas rigs, Carolina rigs, and other modern finesse methods.
For optimal balance, it is recommended to pair this rod with a size 1000 or 2000 spinning reel.
