This is our Version 2 of the Bladebite Tungsten Bladed Jig, now with a thin, yet very strong custom-designed metal blade creating an amazing swimming action. The key to the BladeBite is the vibration and action – when picked up on the first cast or during a pause, the blade will immediately grip the water and start vibrating. A bladed jig works equally well in clear or stained water and is normally fished high in the water column over grass, wood, and rock structures, where the enticing action stimulates predators to strike. In pressured waters, a bladed jig can be the difference between success and failure. We’ve also added a strong oval split ring up front to tie directly to your leader or for use with a wire trace. Feel free to experiment with adding soft lure trailers – curltails, paddletails, and creaturebaits all work great and swim beautifully.
