Shipping & returns


When you have placed an order on you can choose two delivery options. You can pick up you order at our warehouse in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands. Please make an appointment first; give us a call or send us an e-mail.
The second choise is to send the order at a competitive price.


Obviously, this is the quickest and easiest option.
Orders placed on workdays before 17:00 will be shipped the same day. After we received your payment. 
PostNL takes care of the shipment. FlohPro is not liable for any delay, loss or damage by PostNL. Your order will be packed with care. 
If you enter a wrong adres, and we have to ship the package for a 2nd time, you also have to pay for a 2nd time.
In your shopping cart you find your delivery cost and delivery time. 
Naturally, your order will be shipped discreetly and you will always receive a tracking code.

Pick up
It is possible to pick up your order at our warehouse in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands. We will contact you when we received your order, so we can make an appointment.

Return and exchange

The article is not completely satisfied? No problem.

You can return and exchange the article(s) in 14 days. Please contact first [email protected] or the contact form on this website. You have to pay for the delivery cost; for sending the articles back to us and if we have to send the article(s) to you. We only accept the return or exchange if the article(s) provided with the labels and the original packaging, not damaged and/or have been used. When we received you package, you receive in 5 workdays the payment (excl. the delivery cost) back.
It is also possible to return or exchange the article(s) in our showroom with warehouse. Please contact first.
