The ability to quick change (QC) any rig is a massive time saver and has been used for years with standard rigs. Due to the short stiff material used for Chod Rigs, tying knots was always difficult. Krimping Mouth Trap Chod Filament provides a simple and strong solution.
Korda developed these krimps specifically for Chod Rigs. They are 40% smaller than standard krimps and can be used with 15lb, 20lb and 25lb Mouth Trap Filament, creating a loop stronger than any knot.
These krimps can be used with standard Krimp Tools and are available in 0.5mm and 0.6mm sizes.
Crimping allows strong and neat connections, especially with stiff materials.
The 0.5mm version is recommended for 15lb and 20lb, while 0.6mm is for 25lb.
Supplied in a small box with sliding lid containing 50 krimps.
