Following the success of the Specter rods, Spro introduces the Specter spinning reels, which seamlessly match the rods in terms of features and design. These Specter spinning reels are lightweight thanks to a combination of a fully aluminum reel body and a lightweight carbon rotor. In addition to the fact that these materials are lighter, the big technical advantage is that they make the reel much stiffer, transmit better feedback to the rod, and optimize the drag performance under heavy pressure. All Specter spinning reels have a gear ratio of 5.2:1, which combines smooth and light rotation with enough power to comfortably fish with lures all day. The reels feature 8 stainless steel ball bearings and a stainless steel main shaft, with all rotating parts treated with high-quality "all-season" grease. As a result, the Specter spinning reels run smoothly regardless of the outside temperature. The design is finished with a gold-colored screw-in CNC-machined aluminum handle, featuring a lightweight and comfortable EVA grip.
