The QC Ring Swivel Round has been designed specifically for chod rigs, but it also works perfectly with any other rig that uses stiff boom material with a loop at the end. Instead of a conventional swivel eye, it features a rounded crook which allows a tied or crimped loop to be easily clipped in place – making rig changes quick and simple when fishing a helicopter setup, without the need for extra sleeves.
The crook is designed for use with thicker hooklink materials such as Boom and Mouth Trap; they ‘click’ securely into place but won’t detach during a fight – only when you want to change the rig. These swivels are size 11, making them perfect for helicopter rigs, with the ring either threaded onto a leader or directly onto your main line for a neat finish. Finished with a non-reflective PTFE coating. Supplied in packs of 8.
