The latest addition to our market-leading Match Method Mix range, Match Method Marine, is based on our best-selling groundbait mix with the addition of the highest quality blended marine halibut. When mixed, Match Method Mix Marine falls between 'Original' and 'Dark' in color, while overall properties remain similar with the extra fishy appeal of Marine Halibut, making it a perfect all-round mix ideal for use with a float or feeder.
Mixing Instructions
Match Method Mix is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2-pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes for the water to absorb into the groundbait. For best results: To remove any lumps and create an even consistency, pass the groundbait through a riddle, and it is ready to use.
When fishing in the sun or wind, the groundbait may dry out a little. To combat this, you can cover the mixed groundbait with a damp towel or store it in one of our 17L buckets used in conjunction with a Bucket Cover.
