The Westin W2 Dropshot is the newest member of Westin’s successful W2 entry-level rod series. Its thoughtful design makes it ideal for both shore fishing and fishing from a boat or belly boat. Perfect for light to medium weights. The highly sensitive tip action allows the use of ultra-thin lines and fine end tackle without sacrificing control or reliability – perfect for finicky predators. The strong backbone in the handle and mid-section provides plenty of power to set the hook firmly, even at distance.
