This ready-to-use Tungsta Corn Shot is designed to position weight extremely close to the hook in a compact and efficient way. It features a soft outer layer surrounding a hard tungsten core, providing high weight with minimal volume. By inserting the hook point into the soft cylinder, the shot can be easily removed from the holder and placed directly onto the hook.
The Tungsta Corn Shot sits tight to the hook shank and grips the hook wire, allowing it to stay in the chosen position. During the take, the shot can move subtly, with the weight positioned in the bend of the hook helping to turn the hook point downwards. This increases the hooking potential of the rig. The corn-shaped design blends in naturally when fishing with corn or maize.
