As the name suggests, these aligners are extra stiff. Because the material is firmer and stiffer, the shape of the aligner can also be refined slightly. The X-Stiff version is therefore slightly more compact and finer than its regular predecessor. Available for hook sizes 1 to 4 and for hook sizes 4 to 8, which also fit many size 10 hooks, by the way.
